Any details, such as email addresses and phone numbers, which you have provided to ensure the smooth running of church administration, will be stored on password protected files on the church computer and, where relevant, on the members-area of the church website which is also password protected. We will never pass on your email address to anyone else. Your email address is required to provide you with response to your query or to provide (password protected) access to the seat-booking function on the church website.
From time to time photographs are taken during church events, social occasions or activities. These can be very useful in helping to keep the church congregation aware of things that are happening. Photographs can be used on slides in church services, on social media (closed group only) or on the church website. An identifiable photograph of you is your personal data and therefore you have the right to choose whether your image is used in these ways. Please indicate where asked to do so if you are happy for your photograph to be stored and used. If you do not provide this consent any photograph where you or your dependants are identifiable will be deleted. If you prefer to be consulted for express permission to use any particular identifiable photograph of yourself or your dependants, please indicate where asked to do so.
Some of our Sunday morning services may be recorded on video/livestreamed to provide an opportunity to join in for those who cannot attend. Please indicate if you would prefer not to be filmed or to be informed when and where such filming will take place.
