While we sit out this time of uncertainty due to COVID-19, let's not cease in joining together to worship as a congregation. When we gather as a church, to sing together as instructed in Psalm 95: "O Come let us sing to the Lord: let us make a joyful noise to the rock of our salvation! Let us come into His presence with thanksgiving; let us make a joyful noise to Him with songs of praise," we're not merely singing to God, we're singing to one another. We cannot rise above the difficulties we face until we turn our hearts to Jesus and we can encourage each other to do this through song.
Each day (a challenge to be sure!) we will post a song choice from one of our congregation which we can all listen to and share together in this act of praise and worship in our own hearts.

Saturday 28th March: Mark T says, "A song I listen to a lot when I'm anxious or going through a difficult time is a bit of an oldie! And it's "When the roll is called up yonder". My favourite version is by Johnny Cash on the album "My Mother's Hymn Book". What does the believer really have to worry about when we can say "when the saved of Earth shall gather over on the other shore, and the roll is called up yonder, I'll be there!" 
Friday 27th March: Through it all by Andrae Crouch was chosen by  Evelyn M  “over the years while facing difficult situations this song often comes into my mind, a reminder that we can depend on the Lord.”
Thursday 26th March: My Lighthouse by Rend Collective was chosen by little Molly P. She belts out the line “you are the peace in my troubled sea” and dances in a particularly big way for it!
